SYNOPSIS

On a frigid December night, a fire breaks out in an apartment building. Standing out in the cold, a young man watches as the inhabitants huddle together, plotting and scheming their revenge and airing their grievances towards the man responsible for the blaze. As the firemen battle to contain the fire, the mob of neighbours work themselves into a frenzy, transforming into a pack of ferocious dogs.

DIRECTOR’S BIOGRAPHY

Max Woodward is a New Zealand and Canadian filmmaker. He studied in the Film Animation program at Concordia’s Mel Hoppenheim School of Cinema and graduated in 2017.

The main themes in Max’s work revolve around memory and music which have a tendency to drift toward experimentation with abstraction.
